The Wohlenberg Automated Waste Disposal System, or “ASE", can increase cutting productivity by as much as 40% by quickly and automatically removing waste paper from the cutting area.
The ASE system includes the following key features:
- Multiple cut widths, from 3 mm to 80 mm, can be programmed. The system will automatically adjust if the required cut is larger.
- This feature is of tremendous assistance when cutting small labels, coupons and other jobs that require numerous small bleed trims.
- The ASE system is available on Wohlenberg Pro Tec models 115, 137 and the Wohlenberg Cut Tec models 155 and 185.
